2) Add Your Comments: I was very impressed that Mr. Berman replied to my email the day after Christmas. I’ve received replies from him well after business hours. Our first round with the 10-day turn-around actually happened in half the time, allowing us to move the production date up by 5 days. Verda is always prompt, and Mr. Segal is very thorough (perhaps too thorough) in his product reviews.
