Meeting Objective:

1. Called to Order-reviewed and approved the agenda and minutes.

Code Administration TAC:………………………………George Wiggins, Chairman

Dick Browdy, Ed Carson, Herminio Gonzalez, Randy Vann, Matt Carlton, John O'Connor, Nick D'Andrea, and Bill Dumbaugh.

2. Review and provided recommendation to the Commission on the request for Declaratory Statement below:

DCA07-DEC-269 by Emil Veksenfeld, PE

Recommend dismissal due to lack of information needed to render an opinion

3. Report by Jeff Blair regarding the Code Administration Assessment Project. The committee reviewed the Code Administration Needs of Local Governments Assessment Project Options/Recommendations Evaluation Worksheet and proceeded to evaluate the options and provide recommendation to the Commission. The Committee will continue to work on this issue at the next meeting.
